1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Refunds Are Available Only For

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Missing items in the order

To process a refund request, customers may be asked to provide photos or videos as proof of the issue.

3. Change of Mind Policy

Refunds are not available if the customer changes their mind after placing the order or after receiving the product.

If an exchange option is available, customers may request an exchange after confirmation from our support team. Additional charges may apply for exchanges.

4. Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories (if applicable)

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the refund request is approved due to:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received

the return shipping cost will be covered by Tech Empower Zone.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days.

In some cases, the process may take up to 5 to 8 business days depending on the payment method and verification process.

7. Refund Method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed online payment method after confirmation with the customer.

8. Right to Refuse Refund Requests

Tech Empower Zone reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
